Actor Ashok Selvam's upcoming film is '
Vezham
' directed by debutant director Sandeep Shyam, which his Thegidi co-star
Janani and
Iswarya Menon playing the female leads. While the film is all set to hit the screens on June 24, the makers have released the trailer of the film, which has been cleared by the Censor Board with an U/A certificate.
Actor Vijay Sethupathi released the trailer of 'Vezham' through his social networking page. The 100 second trailer promises an interesting murder mystery thriller. Vezham, which means elephant in Tamil is about an innocent youngster, played by
Ashok Selvan, who leads a peaceful life with his circle of friends and family in one segment, but becomes a different person after the tragedy.
While Ashok Selvan, Janani Iyer, and Ishwarya Menon are playing the lead characters, the others in the star cast include Raja Krishnamoorthy (Kitty), Sangili Murugan, and Marathi actor Mohan Agashe alongside a few more prominent actors.
The first look poster of the film featured a bearded Ashok, balancing a foldable knife. Vezham has cinematography by Shakthi Aravind, editing by AK Prasath and music by R Jhanu Chanthar.
