Ashok Selvan begins shooting for his next project

Ashok Selvan of 'Thegidi' fame, who has a number of films in different stages of production, has begun to shoot for his next 'Redrum'.
The film is directed by a well-known ad-filmmaker Vikram Sreedharan. The film stars Kannada actress Samyuktha Hornad who was last seen in Prakash Raj's 'Un Samayal Arayil'. She plays a guitarist in the film alongside Ashok Selvan.
Touted to be a romantic horror film, the film has a lot of mystery and the title was inspired from the film 'The Shining' as it had relevance to the story and also both the director and Ashok Selvan are huge fans of veteran director Stanley Kubrick.
