Arya's Sarpatta Parambarai to release on OTT on July 22

Actor Arya starrer 'Sarpatta Parambarai', a sports drama directed by Pa Ranjith is one of the long awaited films in Tamil cinema and the film is all set for release. Just like most recent films which have found a way in the OTT space, this film will also release on a popular OTT platform on July 22, due to the restriction on theatre during the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

The film is made as a full-fledged action-packed action film. Produced by Ranjith's Neelam Productions and K9 Studios, the film has Arya in the lead and Dushara Vijayan as the heroine. The film revolves around a clash between two clans in North Chennai. The film will be showcasing the boxing culture that existed in the North Madras in the 80s.



The film also has Kalaiyarasan, Sanchana Natarajan in lead roles besides Pasupathi, John Vijay, Santhosh Prathap, Anupama Kumar, Kaali Venkat, John Kokken in supporting roles and has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
