Arun Vijay-Hari’s #AV33 kickstarts with a pooja in Chennai

We had reported that Arun Vijay will be teaming up with his brother-in-law, director Hari, for the first time. The film will be a rural entertainer, with action and sentiments in equal measures. Now, the team has officially kickstarted the film with a pooja in Chennai.

A source says, “The film, referred to as #AV33, was launched in Chennai on March 3. The film is being produced by Vedikkaaranpatti S Sakthivel on a lavish scale.

has been roped in as the female lead. The film also boasts a stellar cast - Prakash Raj, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Yogi Babu, Ammu Abirami, Rajesh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Bose Venkat, Cooku With Comali Rajendran Raju, Aishwarya, Jayabalan and Rama among others.”

The film will have music by GV Prakash. The source adds, “This is Hari’s 16 directorial venture and he is quite kicked about having a strong team that he is comfortable with. He will be collaborating with editor Anthony for the first time. KA Sakthivel is the cinematographer, while Sakthi Venkat Raja is handling the art work.”

The shoot will begin in Pazhani Hills on March 16. “The team will also shoot in and around Rameswaram, Ramnad, Tuticorin, Karaikudi and Chennai,” the source informs.
