Karthick Naren's 'Mafia 2' will be released in February 2021.
In the meantime, Karthick Naren has signed his next film with
Dhanush, and the shooting of the film is expected to begin from May 2020.
GV Prakash Kumar
will be scoring the music for the film, while the movie, which is tentatively titled 'D43', will be produced by
Sathya Jyothi
films. The venture is scheduled to be released in October 2020. Karthick Naren is expected to start his work for 'Mafia 2' once he completes this film with Dhanush.
Also, there are some speculations on the internet that Karthick Naren might team up with actor Vijay in his next film after 'D43'. If it happens, then 'Mafia 2' might get delayed. However, there are no confirmed announcements about ‘Mafia 2’from the makers.
