Actor and popular political star speaker Arulmani passed away yesterday (Apr 11). He has acted in character roles in many Tamil films including 'Azhagi', 'Thendral', 'Thandavakkone', and others.

Arulmani engaged himself in the campaign of his favorite political party for the Lok Sabha, and ws keeping super busy for the past few days. Arulmani reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest after returning home on April 11, and was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. However, he failed to respond to the treatment, and he took his last breath on the night of the same day. Arulmani's death has caused great sadness in the world of politics and cinema, and his funeral is to be held today in Chennai.
