Arav’s Market Raja teaser out

The teaser of Bigg Boss Tamil season one winner,

Market Raja

was released recently. The teaser shows Arav in the titular character Market Raja. Market Raja is a medical student who also seems to be a local don. Arav seems to be playing a mass-y character doing some heavy-duty action, going by the teaser and his dialogues, ‘Naan doctor illa, don’. Radikaa Sarathkumar’s seems to be playing a bad-ass character in the film. She rides a bike, wears colourful shades and is impressive in the few seconds she appears in the teaser. Toward the end, we also see some black magic elements and Market Raja spouting the dialogue, Naan Sathan (Devil).

MarketRaja is directed by Saran who had earlier directed Ajith and Shalini’s Amarkalam and Vasoolraja MBBS starring Kamal Haasan. The star cast also includes Nasser, Rohini, Sayaji Shinde, Pradeep Rawat, Harish Perady, Chaams, Nikesha Patel and Kavya Thapar. The film seems to be a typical commercial potboiler. Simon K King has scored the music and KV Guhan the cinematography.
