Aqsa to play a character with gray shades in Oru Melliya Kodu

Aqsa Bhatt, who will be making her Tamil debut with Oru Melliya Kodu, is excited about the film, where she shares screen space with Shaam, Manisha Koirala and Arjun Sarja.

About bagging the role in Oru Melliya Kodu, this Kashmiri girl who recently moved to Chennai, says, ���I didn���t have to audition for the film really. The director saw a few of my clippings and cast me. The film was actually shot in both Kannada and Tamil simultaneously. The Kannada version, Game, has already released. The film is a suspense thriller and I play a teenager in the film. What is special about the film is every character in the film, including me, has both positive and gray shades. That is what adds mystery to the film.���

It was while shooting for her Kannada film, Preethiyalli Sahaja that Malayalam film director Jeethu Joseph (who directed Papanasam) spotted her, and cast her in his Malayalam film Life Of Josutty. Interestingly, she has signed on the director���s next untitled project as well.
