Anjena Kirti, who will be seen as Vijay Vasanth���s wife in Venkat Prabhu���s Chennai 600028 II: Second Innings has essayed a different role in Yaagan. The actress essays the role of an agricultural student who hails from Madurai in the film, which is set against the backdrop of Theni. She says, ���I will be seen as a simple girl from a town who sympathises with the issues of farmers. Debutant director Arun Raghu, a former associate of SP Jagannathan, wields the megaphone for the project, which is billed as a romantic film that has ample elements of suspense and drama in it.��� All praise for the songs in the movie, she adds that the soothing numbers in the film composed by Nirojan is one of the reasons why she agreed to be a part of the project.
