Anirudh approached for Chennai 600028 remake

B-town is abuzz with the news of the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film Chennai 600028. The original, directed by Venkat Prabhu was a huge hit at the Box Office. The based on gully cricket has been tentatively titled Kirkit.
The latest we hear is that the producer of the Lunchbox, Vivek Rangachari will remake the film Hindi along with Bejoy Nambiar. The star cast will comprise newbies.The film will be directed by Yazad, who happens to be an assistant of Bejoy.
Anirudh has been approached to score the music for the film. But since the composer is neck deep with assignments, he hasn���t given his confirmation, yet.
