Amarakaaviyam on the lines of Aashiqui 2
Amara Kaaviyam, which stars Sathya and Mia George, is a love story. Commenting on it, Arya, the producer of the film, says, I was blown away by the script. Here, comedy has been the main focus these last few years unlike Bollywood, where Aashiqui 2, a love story, emerged as the biggest hit last year. In similar fashion, I want to bring back the romance to Tamil cinema. The film, he claims, is not just fresh in terms of content, but also in terms of music and the BGM. The climax too is quite unusual. I am extremely happy with the content of the film and the way it has shaped up. So, was there any extra pressure on him, since it was a project involving his brother Sathya? At the end of the day, everyone makes a film for it to do well. We have given our 100% for this film and it reflects in the product. The fate of the film lies in the audiences hands. I have focused on marketing the film well. So, I havent had the time for nervousness. On Sathyas performance in Amara Kaaviyam, Arya says, He is lucky to have gotten such a film it is entirely a performance-oriented role. He has done a fabulous job and I am extremely proud of him.Sathya says, I play Jeeva, a high school boy in this film. This role has given me confidence as an actor as it demanded a lot of emotions from me. Director Jeeva Shankar has beautifully portrayed the maturity of love from school to college. The main highlight of the film will be the climax, in which the music plays a vital role.Amara Kaaviyam, produced by Aryas The Show People, releases today.
