Amala Paul's father Varghese passes away in Kochi

Amala Paul has been busy with the promotions of her next release 'Adho Andha Paravai Pola'. However in an unfortunate event, the actress lost her father Varghese Paul yesterday. According to a report on a news portal, 61 year old Varghese Paul was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in

but passed away on Tuesday evening. Amala Paul was in Chennai for the promotions of ‘Adho Andha Paravai Pola’ and immediately left for Kochi as soon as she heard about the unfortunate incident.

The funeral of Varghese Paul will take place today at 3 pm at St Peter's Catholic Church, Kuruppampady, Kerala. Several celebrities have expressed their condolences as Amala Paul's father passed.
