Ajith's 'Nerkonda Paarvai' to hit the screens on August 10

The shooting of Tamil remake of Bollywood film 'Pink', titled 'Nerkonda Paarvai' starring Ajith in the lead, is happening at a brisk pace. While the team is scheduled to shoot non stop till the mid of April without any break, the latest update is that the film's release date has been confirmed. The film which also stars Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang is set to hit the screens on August 10.
Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is also playing an important role in the film with Adhik Ravichandran, Arjun Chidambaram, Aswin Rao, Rangaraj Pandey and Sujith Shankar in pivotal characters.
Ajith's PRO took to his social networking page to annouce the release date posting, "It is officially announced by Mr Boney Kapoor that the release date of his Tamil Production @nerkondapaarvai is confirmed for August 10th." (sic)

Produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, H Vinoth of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame is directing the film, which has Yuvan Shankar Raja composing music for an Ajith movie after Arrambam. Nirav Shah has been roped in to handle cinematography while Dhilip Subbarayan is brought on board for action choreography.
