Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar is facing a personal loss after his mother Mohini Mani, passed away. Reports state that Mohini passed away in Chennai due to age-related health issues.


The unfortunate development reportedly took place while Ajith was away from home. Reports suggested that the actor was travelling at the time and later made arrangements to return and be with his family during the difficult period, as reported by News 18.

Around two years ago, the actor's father, Subramani, also passed away due to age-related reasons. Following that difficult period, the family had gradually moved forward while continuing their personal and professional responsibilities. Mohini's passing has now brought another painful moment for the family. Reports stated that Mohini passed away at a private hospital in Chennai.
