Ajith got upset with Shalini, Prithviraj narrates incident

in 'Aval Varuvala' in a negative role. Earlier last year, his old distasteful comments on top Kollywood actors Ajith and Suriya resurfaced on the internet and it went viral. The popular actor, earlier this year had recalled an incident with Ajith and clarified how he mistook Ajith initially.

Now, in a recent television interview, the 'Vaaname Ellai' actor fondly called as Babloo, recalled a recent incident with Shalini Ajith, which showed what a true gentleman Ajith was and he went on to call him the only gentleman in the film fraternity.

Narrating the series of incident, Prithviraj said that before the lockdown he went to eat in a restaurant where Shalini Ajith and her daughter Anoushka were also having their food. Since he had not acted with her he felt hesitant to go and talk to her. Interestingly, it was not the only time and this happened thrice. During the third time, the hotel manger had apparently called Prithviraj asked his permission to share his number Shalini Ajith.

A surprised Prithviraj said, "I received a call from Shalini Ajith the very next moment and she apologised for not coming and talking to me when she saw him at the hotel. She had apparently informed Ajith about seeing me and not coming up and talking to me and she revealed that Ajith was upset with her for that. He had told her that I was a senior actor, his friend and his school senior as well and that she should have come and talked to me."

"He needn't have done that. It shows his upbringing and class. He is a perfect gentleman," added Prithviraj.
