Aishwarya Rajesh's 'The Great Indian Kitchen' OTT release date

The Tamil remake of super hit Malayalam movie ‘The Great Indian Kitchen’ with the same title released earlier last month and had amazing response among the audience. With the film staying true to its original, the film is now all set to be premiered on a popular OTT platform. Directed by R Kannan, the Tamil version of the ‘Great Indian Kitchen’ features Aishwarya Rajesh and Rahul Ravindran in lead roles.
The film starring Aishwarya Rajesh will be premiered on Zee 5 Tamil from March 3, 2023 onwards. The music for the movie is composed by Jerry Silvester Vincent and the lyrics will be penned by Kabilan Vairamuthu.

The film highlights the plight of women confined to kitchens. The film deals with many issues such as domestic labour, patriarchal notions and the family system. The film also highlights how women’s sexual desires are suppressed by men and the misconception of ‘impurity’ associated with menstruating women.
