It is known that actress Aishwarya Rajesh, who is known for her performances in Tamil films like Kaaka Muttai, Kanaa and Vada Chennai, is playing the lead role in the Tamil-Hindi bilingual film titled 'Manik'. While the film is said to be a psychological thriller directed by Samrat Chakraborty, who has penned films like Ludo, Jagga Jasoos and Chhatrasal, the latest is that the film's shooting has been wrapped up.
Sharing a short video of having food, Aishwarya Rajesh wrote, "Last day treat from my lovely director @chakraborthy_samraat and it's a wrap #Manik. Thanks to @chakraborthy_samraat @varun.tripuraneni @nutmegprod" (sic)
Interestingly, this is the second Hindi feature film for the actress, who had debuted in Bollywood with ‘Daddy’, in 2017. The film will also feature Samyuktha Shanmuganathan, Vivek Prasanna, Sai Janani and Svar Kamble in supporting roles. The film is set to release in 2023.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya has films like Driver Jamuna, Idam Porul Yaeval, Mohandas and The Great Indian Kitchen.
