After a documentary tribute, Aishwarya has gone one step ahead to honour the stuntmen.

A few months ago, news broke out that Aishwarya Dhanush is all set to make a documentary in honour of stuntmen in the film industry. The project is titled as ‘Cinema Veeran’ and Rajinikanth will be narrating the documentary. Now, Aishwarya has gone one step ahead to honour the stuntmen.
The ‘Vai Raja Vai’ director met BJP minister Venkiah Naidu and requested that a category of Stunt Choreography should also be added to National Awards.

She has also written an official petition letter for the same and submitted it to the minister. Considering the way these stuntmen put their lives on the line, this is the least that can be done for them.

Also, it is a perfect time for such a tribute as the stunt union of Chennai completed its 50 years recently.
