The trailer of Ajith's 'Nerkonda Paarvai' recently released online and it instantly went viral, receiving many positive reviews along the way from fans and the audiences.

Jyothika thanked Ajith for taking up the project and was certain that the film would have a big impact on viewers. She said that cinema had a big impact on society and that she thanks Ajith for doing the film when many others of his stature are only concerned about the box office numbers. Expressing her gratitude, she said that when compared to other films like 'Viswasam', this one was relatively small and that Ajith made a conscious decision to join the team.
