Actress Helen Nelson aka Oviya files complaint against morphed viral video, takes legal action

Actress Helen Nelson, often known by her stage name Oviya, found herself in the headlines after a video went viral that allegedly featured her. In light of the situation, Oviya has filed a complaint with the Chennai police commissioner regarding the leaked video as per a News18 report. Her manager stated that the video is morphed and was created by someone intending to damage her reputation. He emphasized that Oviya is committed to taking legal action against those responsible for spreading the false content but refrained from providing specific details about the accused due to the sensitive nature of the issue.

For the unversed, Oviya has made a name for herself in the South Indian film industry since her debut in 2007 with the Malayalam film 'Kangaroo'. She gained significant recognition for her role in the critically acclaimed film 'Kalavani'.
