Actor Fahadh Faasil injured in an accident while shooting

Actor Fahadh Faasil suffered injuries while shooting for his upcoming Malayalam movie Malayankunju in Kochi. He was performing some stunt sequences that had him jump from a height. But the actor lost balance and fell down and suffered multiple injuries on his face. His nose was hurt badly in the accident. Fahadh Faasil was immediately rushed to a private hospital and was treated for his wounds.He is said to be on bed rest now.
Malayankunju is directed by debutant filmmaker Sajimon Prabhakaran. The movie's script is by Mahesh Narayanan. This movie marks the fourth collaboration between Fahadh and Mahesh after Take Off, C U Soon and Malik. Malayankunju is produced by Fazil, Fahadh's dad. The movie's heroine is Rajisha Vijayan, who is making her Tamil debut with Dhanush-starrer Karnan.
Fahad was last seen in Tamil in Super Deluxe directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja. He has over half a dozen movies in Malayalam currently, which are under different stages of production. In Alphonse Puthren's upcoming film Paattu, he will be teaming up with Nayanthara. Alphonse's wife and Fahad's wife, actress Nazriya are good friends and recently a video of them dancing to Vijay's Vaathi coming song from Master composed by Anirudh had gone viral.
