A villain from the East for Rajinikanth's 'Kabali?'

The makers of Rajinikanth's mob movie, 'Kabali,' are looking East to cast for the antagonist's role. A source associated with the film, which also features Radhika Apte as the superstar's leading lady, tells us that the movie's representatives have met six actors for the part.

'While Chinese star Jet Li is on top of their minds, they have also met Donnie Yen (Ip Man series), Winston Chao (Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and The Dark Crystal), Simon Yam (Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life), Jiang Wen (Gone With The Bullets) and Chow Yun Fat (Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End) in the last couple of weeks,' says our source, adding that one of these actors will be finalised by the end of this month before they head to Malaysia for a 25-day schedule.Rajinikanth plays a mafia boss in this action film that is scheduled to release next summer.
