Mind games-based thrillers have always steered up the way towards universal crowds without any barriers. The first look motion poster of
Jiivi
has created all such impact. The entire process of production was wrapped up on time. Recently an official trailer of the film was released and now the makers have released a new sneak peek video featuring Vetri and Karunakaran devising a plan to steal.
The film revolves around the protagonist who fails in every venture in his life and decides to take a plunge into illegal activities. The director had stated that the subject hasn’t been explored much in
Tamil cinema
but added that the story travels in a manner that can be logically proven.
The star cast for the film includes Rohini, Mime Gopi and Monica to name a few. Jiivi has been shot in Chennai,
Theni
and Pondicherry. The makers have announced that the film will hit the screens this Friday, June 28.
M Vella Pandian has bankrolled the project under the banner Vetrivel Saravana Cinemas and Sundaramurthy KS has composed music,
Praveen Kumar is the cinematographer and Praveen KL is the editor of the film, with VJ Gopinath wielding the megaphone to the script penned by Babu Tamizh.
