A dance number shot by the beach

The news of Nikki Galrani playing a hardcore Rajinikanth fan in Vikram Prabhu’s Pakkahas created a buzz, and how! The film, directed by SS Surya, also has Bindu Madhavi, Sathish and Soori in the lead. Talking about the film, Surya says, “It is an out-and-out comedy film that is sure to keep the audience laughing. There is no villain or any other negative element in the film.While Nikki plays Rajinikanth Rasigar Mandram thalaivi, Vikram plays the head of Dhoni’s fan club. The entire film happens in a village, with two contrasting backgrounds. The second half will have a complete thiruvizha set-up. Bindu plays a zamindar’s daughter. It is a love triangle. Soori and Vikram also sell dolls during the thiruvizha.”
“The shoot is over and the post-production work is going on in full swing. There is a peppy dance number that we shot in a small island near Marakkanam. It is picturised differently and the dance choreography by Dinesh is sure to be appreciated. In fact, this song is one of the highlights of the film,” he says.
