The Tamil classic film 'Arunachalam' directed by Sundar C was released in theatres on April 10, 1997. It has been 26 years since the movie's release and now actress Khushbu took to social media to share a heartfelt note.
'Arunachalam' starred Rajinikanth, Rambha, Soundarya, Janakaraj, and Senthil among others. Reportedly, Sundar C was 27 years old when he directed the film and the film has now completed 26 years since its release.
Sundar C's wife Khushbu took to social media today to write a heartfelt note. Praising the film she said, "It’s every director’s dream to direct Rajinikanth & Kamal Haasan. My husband was a lucky man when he got the opportunity to direct Rajinikanth Sir at the very young age of 27. And it’s already been 26yrs. Arunachalam is a landmark in his career. Thank you for the wishes that have come his way."
On the other hand, Khushbu and Rajinikanth have acted together in a lot of films and she was last paired up with the superstar for 'Annaatthe'. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is now shooting for his film 'Jailer' which is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. He has also signed up for his next with TJ Gnanavel. Rajinikanth will also be playing a minor role in Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth's 'Laal Salaam'.
