During a recent interview with an online portal, Mohan revealed this lesser known fact that Rajini had once actually approached him and asked about his formula for a superhit film. Mohan had then answered that he always chose family subjects for his movies.
Mohan is a talented actor, and his movies were highly celebrated by fans during the 80s. His film 'Payanangal Mudivathillai' had a theatrical run of 500 days, and he bagged the Filmfare award for his role in the movie. Mohan has been ruling the Tamil cinema industry with his amazing movies, while more than 20 films of the star ran for 200 days in theaters. However, since 1991, Mohan has been away from movies, and the actor only acted in the 1999 film ‘Anbulla Kadhalukku' and the 2008 movie 'Sutta Pazham' in Tamil after that.
