A heady evening of gaana & glamour

The music release of the upcoming flick, Om Sai Ram, saw an array of Ollywood stars gracing the occasion.
The music of the film has been composed by Manmath Mishra, who also happens to be the father of this film’s heroine, Prakruti. When asked about what kind of music the Odia audience should expect from this film, Manmath said, “The songs of Om Sai Ram have been composed on the notes of love and devotion, They complement the storyline.I’ll like to mention one particular song — Chak chaka chak chakkar. This number is very close to my heart as my wife Krishna has done the playback while my daughter Prakruti has acted in it.”
Director Hara Pattnaik seemed really excited about the music. “Manmath has done a splendid job in this film. I really hope that the audience appreciates his efforts,” he shared. Apart from the cast, which included actors Sabyasachi Mishra, Prakruti Mishra, Koyel Banerjee and Mousumi, BT also spotted veteran director-cum-actor Prashanta Nanda and singers Sailabhama Mahapatra and Tapu Mishra at the event. Koyel was seen with her actor-husband Bobby Mishra.
