'Rowthiram is a super good movie'

Producer R B Choudary tells Chennai Times that Rowthiram will click with the audience
'Rowthiram is a super good movie'
His banner has produced several hit films and introduced many actors and technicians, who are at the peak of stardom today. And producer R B Choudary is confident that the next production from his Super Good Films, Rowthiram, which is hitting screens on August 12, will repeat the magic.
“My production house has churned out several familyoriented films.

But Rowthiram will be different because it will cater to both youngsters and family audiences alike. With so many serials on family values occupying prime slots, audiences want to see some action on the big screen. But there’s no overdose of the same in Rowthiram. It’s a new effort from our team and after its success, we will continue making more such films,” states Choudary.
The film, starring Jiiva and Shriya in the lead, has been directed by debutant Gokul. “The audiences will see a new Jiiva in the film. He is always game to experiment and Ko gave him a new dimension. But in this film, he has a different appeal. After seeing his performance in this film, I’m confident he will race up ahead in the list of top commercial heroes,” he says, “Shriya is usually shown in a glamorous light in her other films. But in this, she plays a homely, girl-next-door.”
Choudary is all praise for Gokul. “Despite being a newcomer, he has shot this film with conviction. I’ve also introduced Shanmugasundaram (cinematographer) and Prakash Nikki (music director) and I’m sure this flick has given them good scope to display their talents,” he smiles.
