With back to back hits that have proved to be money churners at the BO and with “Mirapakay” being declared the first box office hit this year, actor Ravi Teja is riding the popularity wave these days.
The actor, who is known for his unique style of dialogue delivery and mannerisms, has also captured the attention of other film industries, so much so that A-line actors in Bollywood were vying to do the Hindi remakes of his hit films “Kick” and “Don Seenu”.

Some of his films have even been dubbed in Hindi and have hit the screens in Bihar, UP and other parts of North India.
Buoyed by the success of his films, sources say that the actor is now all set to enter the Tamil film industry with the remake of “Band Baaja Baarat” which will go on floors soon. Trisha is the female lead in this Tamil-Telugu bilingual. With this film, Ravi Teja will be joining the ranks of Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan Tej, NTR Junior, Nagarjuna, Sharwanand, Nani and Navdeep, who have either acted in Tamil films or released the dubbed version of their movies in Kollywood.The director, technicians, co-stars and other crew of this bi-lingual remake is yet to be officially announced. Ravi Teja is currently acting in “Veera” starring Kajal Agarwal and Taapsee Pannu.
