Venkatesh is a happy man now. His latest flick “Nagavalli” the sequel of blockbuster “Chandramukhi” is doing well and he’s received accolades for his dual role in the film, especially as the king.
Venky was appreciated by none other than superstar Rajinikanth, who reprised the role of the psychiatrist in “Chandramukhi”. “Rajanikanth has seen the film and appreciated me,” said a happy Venkatesh. Before the start of this film, many people doubted whether Venky could do justice to his dual roles. But with encouragement from superstar Rajinikanth and hard work Venkatesh proved them all wrong. “Many people doubted if I could pull it off, I worked very hard for this film and I proved it,” he said.
He further added that the superstar advised him to do it in his own style. Venky feels it’s not easy to make a sequel and gives due credit to director P Vasu, for making a film that sustains the audience interest throughout. Venky was also all praise for Anushka, Richa Gango-padhyay, Kamalini Mukherjee and Shraddha Das for performing well.
