Their debut film-production Katha Parayumbolwas a super success. Now, Mollywood veterans Mukesh and Sreenivasan are working together on a play.
"The play will have songs, dance, humour and also action sequences," says Mukesh, adding that he and Sreenivasan have been working on many themes and have not zeroed in on the final plot yet.

The drama would be produced by Mukesh's Kalidasa Visual Magic, which in 2008 had staged Chayamukhi featuring him as Keechaka and megastar Mohanlal as Bheema.
Mukesh's first play had won rave reviews from critics like O N V Kurup and K P Sankaran Pillai, and ran to packed houses.
"When you a stage a play, it has to be revolutionary and it should revive the field," says the actor, who was born to prominent stage artists O Madhavan and Vijayakumari.
"You can make as many movies as you want if you have money but that's not the case of a drama. It happens, it cannot be made," he explains, adding that it is an art in itself to manage about 30 artists during the 40-plus days of rehearsal and performance.

His theatre venture comes at a time when the field is dying out. Mukesh attributes this to the cliche drama troupes. "Today, anyone with a bit of talent ends up working for television or movies and so most of the plays are just recycled," he adds.
With an aim to encourage stage actors, the cast of Chayamukhi had featured theatre artists with passion for their work and the Mollywood veterans had rehearsed for 60 days with the team for the play.
Mohanlal could not be a part of the play because of his busy schedule. But Mukesh says the megastar has given his blessings for the project.
Incidentally, Mohanlal has landed the same role of Bheema in M T Vasudevan Nair and Hariharan's next project Randaamoozham, which might also have Mammootty playing Duriyodhana.
Apart from the play, Mukesh and Sreenivasan are currently filming for Padmasree Bharat Dr Saroj Kumar, a spin-off of Mohanlal's Udayanaannu Tharam.
