Understandably, she is the first choice when it comes to any celebrity and sport combo venture and was actively involved in the IPL cricket matches. She was again chosen to be the brand ambassador when the Mollywood cricket team Kerala Strikers, involving the biggest stars of Mollywood, was formed. ""I have always been a cricket fan and follow the game whenever I can, sports is a huge relaxation for me. It's the next best thing after entertainment,"" said the actor who was in Kochi for the official launch of Kerala Strikers team. "I'm glad to be a part of Kerala Strikers and wish them all the very best. I hope they prove themselves. " Lakshmi Rai says she will attend as many games of Kerala Strikers as possible in the future.
