Yes, John Kokken is in the movie industry alright, but not as the hero, but as the baddie! He has got himself bashed up by heroes in Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada so far, and is now getting bashed up by Simbu in his latest film.
John plays the second villain in the movie — a character which did not exist in the Hindi original, Dabangg.John says he enjoys playing villain, as it offers him immense possibilities for experimentation.
“I’m indebted to director Dharani, who has a reputation for discovering great villains. Ashish Vidyarthi was one of his finds,” says John. We hear Dharani changed the script to introduce the new villain, keeping only him in mind.
