Is Nakul banned ?

Has Nakul been banned by the FEFSI for not attending their conference held in Chennai last week?
We hear that the organisation is cracking down on stars who had not attended their event, though officially there is no such ban. Nakul is refusing to comment as he does not want to incur the wrath of this powerful film workers union, which is the backbone of any production. FEFSI president V C Guhanathan has played the issue down, saying that there is no hard and fast rule that an actor should participate in their event but added that it would always lend more glamour to the show! Sources in Kollywood say that all shows organised by various film associations fetch television rights, based on the star participation.
