Here comes Casanova, finally!

After months of delay, Rosshan Andrrews, the director of the Mohanlal-starrer Casanova, confirms that the film has finalized on a date of release with December 15.
This much-anticipated, Hollywood-style flick has run into almost every delay imaginable. Much of it, however, could be attributed to its lead star, who has allegedly been giving away dates to buddy and director Priyadarshan for his Malayalam film Oru Marubhoomi Katha as well as for the Bollywood one called Tezz.
There was also the fact that Mohanlal suffered an accident during a stunt sequence in Bangkok. Though the actor continued the shoot unfazed after that hitch, a viral fever put him out of action for a good two weeks.
“We are shooting in Bangalore right now and hopefully, the film will be completed by October 29,” says Rosshan. Casanova is being touted as the most stylish film in Mollywood. It also stars actors Shriya Saran, Laxmi Rai, Sanjjana and Roma. Bollywood’s Allan Amin (of Mission Kashmir and Dhoom fame) is handling the stunts.
