Ganesh to act with Haasan and Mohanlal

Ganesh Venkataraman is all set to play Jimmy Sheirgill's role in the Tamil remake of A Wednesday starring Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal (playing the roles of Naseeruddin Shah and Anupam Kher).
The TV actor will don the cop���s uniform and enact the role of the ATS cop which got Sheirgill much appreciation. Ganesh is excited, not just about bagging the role, but more so about working with Kamal and Mohanlal.���It is indeed a dream come true to be working with Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal, two legends of Indian cinema,��� says Ganesh adding, ���Kamal Haasan is an institution in himself. Working with him is a continuous learning process for me, I am loving every moment of it.��� But this is not Ganesh���s first film down South. Incidentally, he has played a sardar in his first film, a character inspired by a young Manmohan Singh, in a cross culture love story for which he won the best debut award. And doing his next film with Haasan is indeed a big step in his career, especially since Haasan is known to hand pick his actors.
