From stage to screen :Poorna

After doing stage shows for nearly a month with Malayalam actor Sreenivasan and his team in the US, Poorna is back in Chennai.
She made heads turn when she performed live at the Aayirathil Oruvan audio launch and danced to the classical number Thai Thindra Mannae.... We hear that Poorna is focussed and determined to reach the top and become another ���Asin Chechi���.
The lass knows that her glamour looks will get her a few films but ultimately what counts is her choice of films, dancing skills and her fluency in Tamil.
Poorna has a very impressive line up of releases, such as Arjunan Kadhali with Jai, Kandhakottai opposite Nakul, Dhrohi with Srikanth. Also, there���s Vithagan in which she shares screen space with Parthiban.
And the buzz in the industry is that she may be chosen as heroine by a big star who had a crush on Asin. Let���s wait for that!
