Director Saran slams reports

Kollywood director Saran whose hits include 'Amarkalam,' 'Gemini' and 'Vassool Raja MBBS,' has slammed rumours that he is planning a new venture with Mollywood star Mammooty.
Saran was in Kochi recently and gave an interview for a regional channel. “During one of the interviews to a regional channel I expressed my interest to do a movie with Mammooty.However, it’s been portrayed as though I am directing my next flick with him,” clarifies the director. “Mammootty is my favourite actor and someday I want to direct him,” he says.
Saran is currently scripting his next venture in Tamil.
