Diganth’s second shot at B-town
After Sudeep, it’s actor Diganth who has been receiving Bollywood offers of late. The actor was supposed to make his B-town debut with Jazz.
But while that film may have been put on the backburner, Diganth has now been approached to play one of the lead roles in the upcoming Hindi film David, to be directed by Bejoy Nambiar of Shaitan fame.
While Kollywood actor Vikram has been signed up for the project, the director has approached Digi to play one of the lead roles in the film.

Confirming the news, he says, “It’s a gangster comedy that revolves around three protagonists. I’ve watched a few of Diganth’s films and I was quite impressed with him. I spoke to him for the film, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”
Bejoy is convinced that Diganth can pull off the role pretty well. “Though I can’t divulge many details about the roles each actor is playing, I think Diganth can carry this off pretty well. But things have to fall in place,” says Bejoy.
