That Rituparna Sengupta keeps a busy schedule is not new. She has just shot for an ad, will be doing a music video and is gearing up to work with Prabhat Roy after seven years in “Bhorer Alo”.Says Rituparna, “With Prabhatda, I’ve given some of my biggest hits including “Swet Pathorer Thala”, “Lathi”, “Shudhu Ekbar Bolo” and “Khelaghar”. “Bhorer Alo” will bring the vintage Prabhatda back.
My character has grey shades. I’m excited about shooting a Jeet Gannguli number that has both Kathak and Western styles of dance. Talks are on to rope in Remo to choreograph this number.”
While such a number will add fizz to the movie, shooting under harsh lights for such scenes can be damaging for the skin. Maintaining a good skin is as important for a star as it is to give a good take. Says Rituparna, “At the launch of Aqua Radiance service at Kaya Skin Clinic, I was initiated into a process that uses water, air pressure and vitamins to make my skin feel refreshed, relaxed and radiant. It’ll make me look agile.” Suvodeep Das, marketing head, Kaya Skin Clinic, says, “This unique service is suitable for all skin types and all
seasons.” While Rituparna begins shooting with Roy on December 1, the new treatment will keep her skin stay protected and look refreshed for days.
