Aravind Krishna, who burst onto the silver screen with the recently released “Its My Love Story”, is gearing up to woo the audiences again with his second film, “Rushi.” Raj Madiraju, a debutant, is directing the film touted to be a medical thriller. Aravind is all excited about the project. “I have a very intense role in the film. I play a medical student who graduates to become a brilliant doctor.
I come across an interesting case and how I deal with it forms the the central theme in the movie,” says Aravind.
He apparently had to shoot a 15-minute show reel before getting the nod from producer Ramesh Prasad, who is re-launching his home production banner after a gap of 30 years with this film. “As it was a very challenging role, I was asked to shoot for some scenes from the film to gauge whether I could carry off the role. The producer liked my performance and that's I how I landed the film,” says an excited Aravind.
The film is in the scheduled to hit the screens on December 23. Supriya Singh, a newcomer is playing the female lead in the movie. Tribhovan Babu, who worked in Bollywood productions like “Ragini MMS” and “Tell Me O Khuda”, is working as the cameraman.
