Ajith's low-key birthday

The Kollywood grapevine has it that Ajith spent his birthday (May 1) quietly with close friends at his farm house near Chennai.
After a low-key birthday, the Ultimate Star is gearing up to start the shooting of his next film Asal with director Saran. The film was originally slated to start in the first week of May but now, it has been pushed by a fortnight as the team is finalising a foreign locale.
The buzz is that the film is about gang wars in Chennai, with Ajith playing a don who controls the crime syndicate from an overseas location. We first heard that the film will be shot in Turkey but the latest is that the location will be Scotland as the locales will be ideal for the songs. Ajith will be sharing screen space with Sameera Reddy in Asal.
