passing away shook one and all. The artist had his last breath at the age of 80 in Faridkot, and reportedly the reason for his demise was a heart attack.

Sharing grief on his passing away, Punjabi artists like Karamjit Anmol, Ninja and Ravinder Grewal took to their Instagram account to pen words of condolence.
Karamjit Anmol shared a picture of the late artist and wrote - “Alvida kartar Ramla ji waheguru Tohadi rooh nu shanti bakhshan te parivaar nu bhana manan da Bal bakhshan ������”


Ninja shared - “R.I.P Kartar Ramla ji Punjabi Music Industry De baba Borh Waheguru Apne charna ch Niwaas Den ����”

Late Kartar Ramla was a disciple of Yamla Jatt, king of folk music. He made his singing debut with

Babu Singh Maan

’s song ‘Aaun Da Karaar Bhul Gyi‘. He was one of the iconic folk singers of the industry and his demise is indeed a big loss.
