In the wake of Pulwama terror attack, Sunanda Sharma postpones her song ‘Sandal’

Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma was supposed to release her first single track of 2019 ‘Sandal’ today. However, the same has now been postponed and the new release date of the song will be updated shortly.

Sunanda Sharma took to her social media handle to share the very news, stating that the delay has been made in the wake of the Pulwama attack.

Sunanda Sharma is not the only artist to have delayed the song release considering the misfortunate incident. Earlier, the makers of ‘Guddiyan Patole’ also postponed the release of their title track owing to the same situation. According to them, it was inappropriate to release a peppy number when the nation is grieving on the merciless killing of the soldiers.
