In his first TV interview, Sidhu Moosewala says 90% controversies around him are not true
One of the younger singers of Punjabi music, Sidhu Moosewala has earned himself the reputation of a bad boy through the years as he courted controversies either because of his allegedly violent and provocative lyrics, or because of his fondness to fire guns both on and off screen.
Some of his worst controversies have come in 2020. On May 4, 2020, a video showing Sidhu firing an AK-47 in the firing range with policemen, went viral.

This landed him with an FIR under the arms act. This was followed by another controversy against him after he claimed in his song 'Sanju' that his situation was comparable with that of Sanjay Dutt.
On Wednesday, a promo of a Punjabi TV show with Sonam Bajwa showed Sidhu talking about the debate surrounding him. Sidhu goes on to say on 'Dil Diyan Gallan', "90% of controversies around me are not true." He added,"I have been projected as a very bad person. And I am not even involved in the controversies. Most of the time it is the people around that take those videos and make me look wrong in all the situations."
Taking an emotional stance, Sidhu is seen making the confession that, "In Punjabi music industry, most of the people are not loyal. Everybody wants to be in everyone's good books, which is not right. If you have committed to be with me once, you should be with me till the end."
Sidhu's enmity with singer, Karan Aujla is also another of his (in)famous controversies.
