“We are also going to host a small Christmas party at my place for my dear ones, where we will be hosting a karaoke party at our house. Can't wait for it," added Kashika.
As the year is all set to come to an end, everyone is looking back at the journey of 2022. Everyone’s 2022 yearbook has some beautiful memories and some gloomy shades. However, when we asked actress Kashika Kapoor about her biggest highlight and regret of 2022, she only had the sweetest things to say about the year.
"So, personally, I have no regrets in life and will never have any regrets because life is amazing and everything is teaching me something or other. I have had a beautiful journey up to this point. Because I began my journey in 2022, and 2022 is also my number 2+2+2 which is 6, and 6 and 9 are my lucky numbers because my birth date is February 18, 2002, it's quite funny because Ranveer Singh's number is also the same, 6 and 18, and so is mine.”
The actress recalled everything that great happened throughout the year and shared, “I'm grateful beyond words. I began by serving as the face of ‘moco’ for free fire and then ‘Dil Pe Jakhm,’ which was for T-Series. Of course, that was a tremendous accomplishment for me because not many people get to work on that as one of their first projects. After that, I signed with some of the top record labels. I am doing a film that is very, close to my heart. I really wanted to start working when I was 20, and I'm thrilled that my first web series, ‘The Vibe Hunter,’ was a success. Tanya, the character I portrayed, was well-liked by everyone, and now it's time for them to embrace the new role and accept me as a new person. I went through a lot of script readings, rejected many films, and finally chose the one where the script, story, and content touched my heart the most, i.e Pradeep Khairgar sir's script.”
While talking to ETimes exclusively, Kashika Kapoor: 2022 helped me grow not just as an actor, but also as a person - Exclusive Kapoor also exclaimed, “2022 helped me grow not just as an actor, but also as a person; you start appreciating things more and being more grateful when you see miracles in your life, and I think they're just making me a better person.I can't wait for many more opportunities to come up, and I can't wait for you guys to see the first look of my film.”

In the very conversation, Kashika Kapoor also told us what Christmas teaches her. She shared with us, "The fact that Xmas is that one time of year when everyone is on the same page. We give way to tradition, both old & new. Santa transcends country & religion. Christmas is all about love, all family, and belief. Christmas teaches us to believe in the unknown. That’s faith, right? Believing in Santa even when he doesn’t exist, teaches us to believe just in general. I think faith is what Xmas teaches us and all I would say is that I really hope we all believe & have some firm faith in making those dreams come true."
On the work front, Kashika Kapoor will soon start her new year with a bang as she will start shooting for her debut film which is helmed by Pradip Khairwar an untitled rom-com.
