67th National Film Awards 2019: B Praak wins the title of Best Playback Singer Male for ‘Teri Mitti’

Today the 67th National Film Awards for the year 2019 were announced celebrating the great work of filmmakers, directors, singers, and everyone involved in the process of bringing a big scoop of entertainment on the big screen. And, in the category of Best Playback Singer Male, Punjabi songster and music producer B Praak bagged the award.He got the award for his vocals in the song ‘Teri Mitti’, which featured in Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Kesari’. It was an action-war movie, and ‘Teri Mitti’ was a patriotic number that tugged at the hearts in no time. The song and B Praak’s work in it garnered love as soon as the track was released, and the award that it got today proved that even after almost two years it holds a special place in the hearts of the audience.Meanwhile, soon B Praak will be hitting the music charts with his new song ‘Baarish Ki Jaaye’. Featuring Sunanda Sharma and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the track has B Praak’s vocals and music, and Jaani’s lyrics. It will be released on March 27th.
