Sonam Bajwa is one of the fitness enthusiasts we have in the industry. Even during the lockdown, she didn’t miss a day of workouts. She is someone who enjoys sweating out in the gym. However, like every other girl who loves to go to the gym, Sonam Bajwa faced certain prejudice.

Speaking to ETimes exclusively at the launch of AnyTime Fitness’ new branch in Delhi, Sonam Bajwa shared about the things she heard and the biases she faced in terms of gym training. “Don’t lift weights you will start looking like a man. Don’t do too much cardio, you will be very very skinny. Everyone has something to say,” quoted the Pollywood actress.
“So I have heard a lot about weight training for women,” she added.

Sonam Bajwa is one of the Bollywood divas whose perfect figure can make anyone green with envy. However, maintaining this perfect shape is not an easy task. The actress breaks a lot of sweat in the gym and follows a strict diet to maintain her envious figure.


And in her recent picture on Instagram the actress has given major fitness goals. Taking to her social media handle, Sonam Bajwa has shared a picture of her from her stretching sessions. In the click, Sonam can be seen stretching her leg up high with a smile, flaunting off her flexibility.


Sharing the very picture, Sonam wrote - “Excited to be more fit this year 💪🏼”


Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam Bajwa will next be seen in ‘Puaada’. Releasing in April, the movie stars her and Ammy Virk. Post that she will be seen in ‘Ni Main Viyah Ni Karona Tere Naal’ with Gurnam Bhullar.

Sonam Bajwa is one of the fitness freaks on the industry. The girl simply can’t bear even half inch increase in her measurements, and thus, does all that it takes to keep herself in shape. A proof of the same is her latest Instagram picture, where the actress is stretching.


While sharing the same, she wrote, “Never give up”. Perhaps, this is the fitness mantra that the actress follows to stay in her A game.

While the former two are her 2019 movies, the latter are scheduled to release next year. Besides, next year with ‘Street Dancer 3D’, she will be making her debut Bollywood appearance. Also, she will soon be seen sharing the screen space with Sidhu Moosewala, reportedly for a music video.

Further, when asked how and when she decided to make fitness a part of her lifestyle, the actress candidly replied, “You know I am still on that journey. I want to be someone who takes notice of how we eat, and how we sleep. I am still not there, but I try. However, it has always been a strong thought that I want fitness to be a part of my lifestyle.”
