olesKavita Kaushik has always been known to raise the fitness bar high with her every Instagram post. Today also she did the same when she posted a video of her from the beach. In the video, while Kavita Kaushik can be seen using her flexibility to the max, her partner is using his strength to support the actress.

On the work front, Kavita Kaushik recently wrapped up the shoot of ‘Mindo Taseeldarni’. The movie has been helmed by Avtar Singh and features Kavita Kaushik, Rajvir Jawanda, Karamjit Anmol and Isha Rikhi in lead roles. Further, the film will be reaching the theatres on June 28.
