RIP Master Tarlochan Singh: Rana Ranbir and Babbu Maan pay tribute to the late Punjabi writer

On Thursday the noted Punjabi writer Master Tarlochan Singh lost his life in a car accident. According to the reports, his scooter was hit by a speeding SUV in Samrala, and after the accident, he was found dead on the spot.

His demise has led to a state of profound grief and agony. Social media is filled with posts that are paying tribute to the late writer who was called ‘Master Ji’ with love. Punjabi artists Rana Ranbir and Babbu Maan also took to their social media handles to share some words of respect in the memory of Master Ji.
Sharing a picture of Master Tarlochan Singh, Rana Ranbir wrote - “ਅਲਵਿਦਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਜੀ। ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੱਜਣ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੇ। ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਜਿਉਂ ਕੇ ਗਏ ਓ ਪਰ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਣ ਕਹੇ ਕਿ ਰੁਕ ਜਾ ਨੀ।” (Goodbye Master. We are very sad. Gentlemen like you are not easily found. You lived gloriously, but who can tell death to stop.)


Further, Babbu Maan also shared the picture of the late Master Ji and wrote - “Koi Shabad e niiii” (I have no words)


According to the reports, FIR has been filed with the statement of the family and the police have impounded the SUV.
